The Elbow Room is one of my personal favourite spots down the ditch with a nice and relaxing atmosphere and friendly helpful staff.  Situated in the heart of the East End in cool and vibrant Shoreditch, The Elbow Room is a great spot to meet, enjoy great food, amazing drinks and, of course, to play pool on one of seven fantastic tables. Tables do get busy so during busy periods table time is limited to one hour so your never waiting too long, and you can always kick back and chill with a drink on their comfy sofas.

Back in the 1920s this place was actually an actual Electrical Showroom showcasing hoovers, toasters and gramophones.  Highlighting a history way before  it became ‘hipster’ paradise with fine ales, beers, darts, billiards and the shiny dance floor downstairs which lights up.

Open from 8am until late 7 days week, Albion is a cafe, bakery and small shop that sells British produce.  Located on the ground floor of 2-4 Boundary Street the Albion offers an outside seating area as well as being an everyday resource for the local community which means providing the essential complimentary WIFI Internet service for customers.

The Albion offers traditional British food, think fish n chips, pies, sandwiches, puddings and cakes, as well as the traditional British Cuppa, coffees, biscuits and juices.   They have an extensive collections of breads, cakes, biscuits, pastries and confectioneries in their bakery.  The shop consists of British food and drink products featuring brands such as Maldon salt, HP sauce Daylesford organic.  Everyday items include, jams, biscuits and teas along with cooking seasoning, seasonal fruit and veg and chocolate delights.

Juno Shoreditch is a bar located on Shoreditch High Street and provides with all your eating, drinking, chilling and dancing pleasures.  The kitchen is open from midday onwards and offers a selection of home-made hamburgers and platters as well as your normal bar snacks.  They have a selection of drinks including bottled beers as well as beers on tap and plentiful selection of spirits and cocktails.  The bar offers comfortable sofas as well as a basement area ideally suited for private hire.  They have music to suit all tastes including disco, hip hop, funk, house, rock, electro and jazz.

Pizza East in Shoreditch is located on the ground floor of the Tea Building which you will find on the corner of Shoreditch High Street and Bethnal Green Road.  You will find a range of gourmet pizzas with ingredients sourced from local produce.  The Pizza’s are made on a ten inch base and are specially prepared in-house to give an authentic home-made taste and feel.

The design of the restaurant reflects the local area’s industrial past with concrete walls with exposed brickwork for the pillars as well as exposed beams and pipework.  The interior is of modern design with stylish furniture which includes leather seating areas and a mix of wooden and steel refectory tables.

Pizza East is a ten minute walk from both Liverpool Street and Old Street tube stations.
