Frame Shoreditch is a dance, fitness and holistic studio located in the heart of Shoreditch.  Frame was created so getting into shape doesn’t become a chore and to put the fun back into fitness.  The general approach and ethos of Frame Shoreditch is to be more laid back with classes designed to so you can drop by anytime and try something new.

Back in the 1920s this place was actually an actual Electrical Showroom showcasing hoovers, toasters and gramophones.  Highlighting a history way before  it became ‘hipster’ paradise with fine ales, beers, darts, billiards and the shiny dance floor downstairs which lights up.
